Join this event for fantastic day full of fun and help raise funds for shoe aid or for any charity close to your heart. It is not typically a race but just to take a stroll around the beautiful grounds of Wollaton Park. Don’t forget to keep a pair of unwanted shoe you might have with you at home. There are many entertainment activities and stall sidewise. The entry to this entertainment area is absolutely free but to participate in the walk, you have to register.

Mother and daughter tea party

The event is in aid of ROSA which is a charitable fund set up to support women and girls in Nottingham. Join in with your daughter or a female friend and support the cause. Take the pleasure of shopping from hand crafted stalls or pamper your inner self from various kinds of beauty therapies. This event of relaxation makes you feel special as a woman and encourages you to make others feel the same. Ticket costs £10 and allows the entry of two female on one ticket.

The big swim

The Big Swim invites all the swimmers of 11 years of age and above. We cannot promise for hot water but you can always wear your wetsuit if you wish. You will be given hot showers in intervals. Take a Challenge of 1500m, 2500m or 5000m open water lake swim at the National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham. This event is a fun challenge that will also help raise money for Nottinghamshire Hospice.
